Parcometre web hosting ("the Company") will provide customers with all tools needed to operate a web site as well as related support. The Company will not provide any support for CGI, html, PHP or mysql programming or any similar problem. For technical support or to signal a problem with your account, we recommend you fill the form in the technical supportsection.

The Company cannot be held responsible for the content of the documents hosted on its servers. The Company reserves the right to close (with prior notification) any site that contains hate propaganda, racism, pornography or pedophilia or any site with illegal or immoral content.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel a client's account in case of abusive usage or if it is attacked in a way that could compromise the network. The sending of spam or non-sollicitated emails, or supporting of such activities, will cause the cancellation of the account without prior notice.

The client must understand that the server's security cannot be totally guaranteed, even if all measures have been taken to prevent any intrusion.The Company and its administrators cannot be held responsible for loss of data, system crashes or software/hardware failures. However, we are doing everything we can to minimize the impact of these troubles.

Payments and fees: payments must be made to the order of Parcomètre web hosting. A penalty (equal to the installation fee for a new account) will be applied if payment is received by the Company after the date that appears on the customer's bill. If the customer subscribed without a contract (monthly payments), he can terminate payment at any time. 7 days after the payment deadline, the account will be cancelled. If a billing error occurs, the customer has 60 days to signal it at admins@parcometre.ca. IMPORTANT: There will be no refund for customers who want to cancel their annual subscription more than thirty (30) days after the creation of the account or for those who pay on a monthly basis (without contract). There will be no refund for the registering of a domain name and for activation fees.

Data saving: the Company will make a partial backup of its applications on a daily basis, including: databases, emails on stand by and configuration files for softwares. The client MUST keep a copy of his documents in a safe place (other than our servers).

The Company respects Québec's and Canada's laws. Upon written request from the authorities, it must provide personal data about its clients without the client's consent. In case of dispute, the client agrees to go to dispute resolution. Complaints and comments can be sent by email at admins@parcometre.ca.
